Privacy Policy
The short version: this website has no forms, accounts, cookies, analytics or ad trackers. We only get your personal information if you email us, and we use it to reply and to do the work you ask for. We never sell it.
Who we are
Columbian Kenny Inc ("we", "us") provides website design, AI data evaluation, operational consulting and customer experience support. This policy covers this website. You can reach us about it at kennyfromnyc@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you email us. We receive your email address, your name if you include it, and anything you write or attach, such as details about your business or project. We use it to reply, prepare quotes, deliver services, send invoices and keep business records.
When you visit the site. We don't collect anything ourselves. Two outside services receive basic technical data when your browser loads the page:
- Netlify hosts this site. Like any web host, its servers process your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in order to deliver and protect the site. See Netlify's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts supplies the site's typefaces, so your browser sends your IP address and browser details to Google when the page loads. See Google's privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set cookies or use tracking pixels, analytics, or similar technology. That's why there is no cookie banner. If we ever add analytics, we will update this policy first.
Do Not Track. We don't track visitors across websites, so we treat every visitor the same whether or not their browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
How we share information
We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We share it only:
- with providers that help us run the business, such as our email provider and web host, who may only use it to provide their service to us;
- when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety;
- with your permission.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and project records for as long as we need them to work with you, and afterward as long as tax and business record-keeping requires. Then we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email kennyfromnyc@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, such as California, the EU or the UK, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send us. No email service or website is perfectly secure, so please don't email passwords, card numbers or government ID numbers.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Other websites
Our portfolio links to sites we built for clients. Those sites are run by their owners and have their own privacy policies.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
